PLACES & THINGS

I decided to post on something a little diferent this time. My internship is ending and I thought I would give you a glimpse of the place, because it's so beautiful and unique. I promisse more, and much better photos, but in order to preserve my privacy, this will have to do for now. :)
I'm showing mostly the upper floor, but I do not work there unless I need to consult the arquives or make a trip to the kitchen.



This is an old museum. It's not used anymore, so you can see old decorative and lab objects in display, and (even though it's not visible in the photo) lots of old typewriters.





If I'm not mistaken this picture dates to 1892. I've been in the exact same office where they stand, which has been preserved to this day. I'm hoping to take some pictures of that, this week.





This is a secured room, with very very old records from all over the world. Full from top to bottom. I got completly lost there.






You cannot imagine my first reaction to all this. I felt like jumping with joy. I was very surprised, when I saw a piano in the middle of the office, but that was nothing (sometimes, when everyone's out to luch, I feel really tempted to play some tunes, ahah).

I wish I could show some more, but unfortunately I don't have many photos...for now.
